Hello my readers welcome back to my blog yesterday we did a skittle experiment we changed its colours and made cool patterns here is my observations enjoy.
Skittle Observations
Instructions:
¾ fill a petri dish with water.
Carefully place 4 differently coloured skittles evenly spaced around the outside of the petri dish.

Observations
What things did you notice? Can you make five observations?
The colours evaporated off the skittle and in the water
The Colors in the water were making straight lines if they were placed evenly spaced out
The most common shape the color made was a triangle
as soon as we put the skittle in it made a circle around the skittle almost immediately
Did anything surprise you? What weren’t you expecting to observe?
The Thing What surprised us was how outstanding it was

What questions arose in your mind as you did this activity?
Will it work with cold and boiling water, not just warm water?
Do you have any ideas about why certain things happened?
It was absorbing the food coloring causing it to dissolve
What could you do to see if your ideas are correct?
