I rate it 4 and a 1/2 stars out of 5. Because You can challenge yourself on obsticals and zip lines. On the very last level it is only zip lines. Also once your done you can walk to Spencer park. Adrenaline forest is fun but i do not recommend it if you are scared of heights. It is 110 Heyders Road, Spencerville, Christchurch 8083. People do not go often unless it is a school trip. here is a video of it.
